| I love flowers. For years, I've painted them in situ and I recently chose to get closer to my subject, my pictures becoming nearly abstract in the process. The most important thing in my art is color, which sometimes surpasses the need for form. I've been an artist for 35 years, at first very traditionnal. Although I try to get good photos of my soft pastels, sometimes it's very hard, so I hope you won't be desappointed. And please forgive my english ! Regards, Martine. |
